Brayan Serrano Satizabal has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and project management. Brayan currently serves as the Front-end & UX-UI team lead at QUEO since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Software Development Projects at Agronegocios Latam from September 2018 to February 2020. Brayan Serrano Satizabal's education history starts in 2008 when they attended the Universidad del Valle (CO). Brayan pursued two degrees simultaneously, an Engineer's degree in Systems Engineering and a degree as a Technologist in Information Systems. Brayan completed both degrees in 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Brayan has obtained various certifications. In 2016, they obtained the "Fluidez de Duolingo en francés: Principiante" certification from Duolingo. In 2017, they earned the "Portugués básico" certification, also from Duolingo.

Brayan further developed their skills in user experience (UX) design by obtaining certifications such as "Aspectos básicos del diseño de la experiencia del usuario" in 2022, "Primeros pasos en el proceso de diseño de UX: Empatizar, definir e idear" in 2022, "Crear esquemas de página y prototipos de baja fidelidad" in 2023, and "UI / UX Design" in 2023, all from Google. Lastly, in 2022, Brayan obtained the "SISTEMA DE GESTIÓN DE LA SEGURIDAD Y LA SALUD EN EL TRABAJO (SG-SST)" certification from FATUS SAS.
