Blake Tollen

Blake Tollen is currently a Server and Culinary Assistant at Querencia at Barton Creek since May 2023 and has held the position of Plant Operations Intern. In leadership roles, Blake serves as Alumni Chair and Community Service Chair for Sigma Chi Fraternity, starting in September 2023, and as Secretary of the Pledge Class for Phi Gamma Nu- Epsilon Mu since January 2024. Prior to these roles, Blake worked as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Saveurs La Boulangerie from January 2023 to May 2023. Blake is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Finance at the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management, expected to graduate in May 2027, and holds a High School Diploma from Westlake High School, earned in May 2023.
