Scott Donnelly has held a variety of roles in the digital marketing industry since 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they were an Account Executive and Account Manager at Ambergreen Internet Marketing. From 2014 to 2018, they were a SEM Strategist, Senior Digital Search Manager, and Digital Search Manager at DigitasLBi. In 2016, they were a Mentor at Robert Gordon University. In 2015, they were a Social Media Manager (Secondment) at Standard Life. Since 2019, they have been Head of Digital Strategy and Digital Strategy Director at QueryClick, where they are directly responsible for overseeing the entire SEO, CRO and Analytics Functions, and is directly managing a team of Sr. Leads with a wider team of 12. Scott is also responsible for redefining the SEO offering of QueryClick and continuous innovation of the proposition, developing bespoke digital marketing strategies for high-value clients across all digital marketing channels, driving the growth of their department and the wider business through new customer acquisition and upsell opportunities, developing strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, and liaising directly with the CEO and HoCS to drive business initiatives forward.
Scott Donnelly attended Trinity Academy from 2001 to 2007. Scott then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Business Studies at The University of Edinburgh from 2007 to 2012. In October 2013, they obtained the Google Analytics IQ certification from Google.
