James W. Ross, MACE, MPH has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. James W. is currently serving as the Vice President of Regulatory & Government Affairs at Quest Analytics, LLC. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of U.S. Government Affairs at Cerner Corporation. James also has experience as an independent consultant, where they served as the owner of their own consulting business. James W. has held leadership positions in legislative and government relations, including as the Vice President of Legislative & Government Relations at Centene Corporation. Additionally, James has worked in the public sector, serving as the Deputy Cabinet Secretary at the New Mexico Department of Health and as the Cabinet and Federal Affairs Director at the Office of the Governor in New Mexico. James W. has also held roles in planning and resource management at the New Mexico Department of Health and in project management at Caritas Internationalis. Furthermore, James has worked in the field of public health as a Policy Associate at the Johns Hopkins Center for a Livable Future. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Spiritual Services and Lead Chaplain at Hospice of Illinois.
