Shiv Patel

Shiv Patel is an accomplished mechanical design engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland, complemented by an Associate's degree in Engineering from Hagerstown Community College. With experience at Quest Defense since October 2021, Shiv has advanced from Associate Mechanical Design Engineer to Team Lead. Prior involvement includes serving as Project Lead for the Power, Propulsion, and Thermal Sub-Team in the NASA RASC-AL Competition and contributing as an Educational Resource Developer, Undergraduate Researcher, and Teaching Fellow at the University of Maryland. Shiv's foundational skills were developed through tutoring roles at Hagerstown Community College.
