Terri Leija (she/her)

Terri is currently a Business Manager for Quest Defense. She's been with Quest Defense since September 2022. Terri formerly served as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer & also supported the Talent Acquisition Team as a Recruiting Coordinator. Prior to Quest Defense, Terri was a Recruiting Coordinator at Amazon and held various positions at Wayfair between January 2020 and December 2021, including Customer Service Manager and Supplier Operations. Terri's experience also includes working as a Store Manager at Claire's from September 2017 to October 2019, and serving as Store Manager for Baker's Shoes and Claires before going back to Claires in 2017. Terri holds a degree in Human Resources Assistant from South Texas College, completed between 2015 and 2017.
