Mark Newman has over two decades of experience in human resources, primarily at Quest Diagnostics since June 2001. Currently serving as VP, HRBP Diagnostic Services, CIT, and Corporate Responsibility, Mark has held several leadership roles, including Executive Director for various HR functions and Sr Director of Performance, Talent Management, Engagement, and Leadership Development. Mark's expertise includes program ownership for Performance Management and Onboarding, and collaboration as an Organizational Excellence partner. Prior to Quest Diagnostics, Mark worked at Northrop Grumman as an HR Manager and HRIS Manager. Mark holds an MBA from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a BA in Political Science and Sociology from Santa Clara University.
