Quest for Growth
Following a brief period as an independent advisor, Ludwig joined Capricorn Partners in 2011 as an investment analyst before becoming a senior investment manager within the Capricorn Cleantech investment team. Ludwig is involved in the daily management of the Capricorn Cleantech Fund and the Capricorn Sustainable Chemistry Fund. As a board director, he watches over the company’s business development, strategic and financial need.
Ludwig obtained a master’s degree in chemistry at Ghent University and holds a PhD in physics from Hasselt University, next to having obtained a post-doctoral scholarship at Stanford University. Furthermore, he has an executive master’s degree in corporate finance from Vlerick Business School and completed a leadership course at INSEAD.

The diversified portfolio of Quest for Growth is for the most part invested in growth companies listed on European stock exchanges, in European unquoted companies and in venture capital funds. Quest for Growth focuses on innovative companies in areas such as digital technologies (ICT), technologies for the healthcare sector (Health-tech) and clean technology (Cleantech). Quest for Growth has been listed on Euronext Brussels since 23 September 1998.
