Global Business Head, Hi-Tech at Quest Global

Seth Bartlett serves as the Global Business Head for Hi-Tech. He drives growth across this critical vertical by building high-performing, diverse engineering teams and developing innovative services to support valued customers. Seth’s strategic thinking and three decades of experience in tech services enable them to accelerate product development while optimizing operational efficiency.

Seth has built and led teams focusing on purpose/vision and culture, playing key leadership roles and holding executive positions, including Global COO and Head of Risk for some of the world’s leading technology companies. Seth has extensive experience in domestic and international business operations and P&L mgt, talent acquisition/development, financial management controls/reporting, M&A integration, IT, internal communications, and change management. He is also highly effective at coaching teams in the services/account construct, the buildout of company culture, and leading complex multi-party negotiations.

Seth has held Board of Director roles for Private and Public companies. He is passionate about mentoring technology leaders early in their careers and has a certification in CyberSecurity Oversight from Carnegie Mellon.

Seth is a lifelong gamer, Sci-Fi fan, juggler, and magician, and he starred in a world-renowned magic show in Beverly, MA, from 1976-1991. Highlights included performing at the White House eight years in a row, winning Magician of The Year in 1985, appearing on the cover of National Geographic World magazine, and alongside the troop featured in Time & Smithsonian Magazine.

The story of the 4-minute mile has always fascinated Seth – it is a great illustration of the power of belief, even when there is every reason to doubt or say something cannot be done. He has long admired Philippe Petit and the historic feat of his walk between the Twin Towers.
