OVERVIEW: 

For the part-time role of Front Desk Receptionist, we are seeking a candidate who can skillfully handle high incoming call volume, keep the lobby, and break room clean as well as secure all while delivering “world famous customer service”. In addition, the Front Desk Receptionist should perform teller duties like documenting cash movement, cross-training in Logistics, and serving as the first point of contact for clients.

 RESPONSIBILITIES: 

As the Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Welcoming**visitors by warmly greeting them on the phone and in-person
  • Answering*, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls & checking voicemails*
  • Processing**all incoming faxes and forwarding to respective representative/department
  • Working**closely with Logistics department to fulfill delivery of incoming/outgoing company and client mail
  • Maintain**cleanliness in all conference rooms, lobbies, and kitchens
  • Performing**other job-related duties as required

REQUIREMENTS: 

To be considered for the part-time role of Front Desk Receptionist, here are the skills we’re looking for:

  • Previous customer service experience*(a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of directly job-related experience recommended)*

  • Time-management skills**with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite*(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)*

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 

  • A high school diploma is required
