Shannon is the Operations Manager at Questa where she optimizes business operations across the firm, overseeing project execution and driving efficiency. Prior to joining Questa, Shannon was a Project Coordinator at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she managed client engagements and business development processes for multiple consultants and practice leads. Shannon graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a BA in English and received her MEd from the University of California, Los Angeles.
