Devon Balfour

Devon Balfour is an experienced professional in enrollment management and college admissions with a strong background in supporting students throughout their academic journeys. As the Director of Enrollment Management for the Division of Pre-College and Undergraduate Programs at Brown University since March 2022, Devon oversees recruitment efforts and strategic enrollment initiatives. In addition, Devon serves as a Seasonal Application Reader for QuestBridge, assessing applications for selective scholarships, and previously worked as a Senior College Counselor and Essay Specialist at Campus Bound, providing guidance through the college application process. Devon has held various leadership roles in admissions and recruitment, including Director of Admissions at the College for Social Innovation, Manager of Student Recruitment at Hampshire College, and Director of Enrollment and Fundraising at Amherst Montessori School. Educationally, Devon possesses a B.A. in American History from Hampshire College and an M.S. in Higher Education Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
