Karen Lewis

Karen Lewis has extensive experience in benefits coordination and administration. Karen started their career at Aon Hewitt in 1998 and held various roles, including New Client Implementation, Operations, Team Project Manager, and Client Customer Advocate. In these roles, they acted as a subject matter expert for client requirements, led updates for documentation, and provided expertise on health and welfare plan provisions. Since 2017, they have been working at Questco Companies, initially as a Benefits Specialist and then as a Benefits Team Lead. In these roles, they responded to inquiries, oversaw benefit plan administration, and collaborated with other department managers. Currently, they hold the position of Supervisor, Benefits Coordinator at Questco Companies.

Karen Lewis attended Southwest Community College from 1987 to 1991. Karen completed some college education in the field of Business during this period.
