As a key member of the Internal Control Department at Questel Group, you will work under the guidance of the Internal Control Manager in charge of the Group CSR function. Your primary responsibilities will involve supporting the implementation and management of the Group CSR framework, prioritizing the implementation of the CSRD directive and the SBTi certification. You will also contribute to enhancing the overall compliance and internal control framework at the group level.

👉 CSRD Compliance:

  • Assist in the design and execution of the company’s CSRD compliance strategy

  • Support in gathering and organizing necessary documentation for CSRD compliance

👉 Carbon footprint:

  • Assist in the calculation of the Group carbon footprint and contribute the preparation of the SBTi certification

👉 ESG Data Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., accounting, procurement, HR) to gather required data

  • Help analyse ESG data across all group entities and business units to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of frameworks for the regular collection and update of ESG data to ensure consistency and accuracy

👉 Sustainability Reporting:

  • Assist in preparing sustainability reports in alignment with CSRD and other relevant standards

  • Support in reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and credibility of sustainability data disclosed to internal and external stakeholders

👉 Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Manage internal and external stakeholders inquiries

👉 Trainings and Communication:

  • Support the development and delivery of training materials to internal teams on CSRD requirements and reporting processes

  • Contribute to building awareness of sustainability and ESG principles within the organization

👉 Internal Control and Compliance: Contribute to various projects and initiatives aimed at strengthening the compliance and internal control framework at the group level such as:

  • Perform regulatory watch

  • Prepare policies and procedures

  • Maintain the Group third party risk management framework

  • Develop risk awareness raising communications

  • Manage internal stakeholder requests.

The position involves significant data collection and analysis, so experience in processing large volumes of information and proficiency in Excel is essential.

✅ Master’s degree in a related field, such as Finance, Audit, or CSR, Environmental Science

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions

  • Solid level of English is a must (oral and writing)
  • Experience in data collection and processing
  • Ability to analyze data and present findings effectively
