Gone are the days of online quantitative and online qualitative marketing research. Welcome to AI conversation. Everyday conversations are made up of close-ended and open-ended questions. Yet, traditional research methods clearly separate them from each other. That leaves a lot of important detail on the table, detail you really should know to make a difference. Quester Insights & Strategy creates deep conversations that are planned by moderators, conducted by artificial intelligence, and launched to huge samples. Conversations are analyzed by trained researchers who examine nuances and hidden emotions in language that drive behavior. We ask the questions that need to be asked in whatever way it makes sense, seamlessly, within every survey, for every person. That means you get the best of online quantitative and online qualitative marketing research methods in a single study. Quester’s clients don’t settle for either qualitative or quantitative research. With more than 5 million interviews already conducted, our clients benefit from both.
