Caron Christophe LM possesses extensive experience in the hospitality and food service industries, currently serving as Managing Director for Fast Good & Co., a Burger King franchisee, since July 2016. Caron has a strong background in restaurant management, with additional responsibilities as Managing Director for Quick & Burger King Restaurants franchise in Paris and Île-de-France since July 2015. Previous experience includes significant leadership roles at Accor, where Caron held the positions of Vice-President for Accor Luxury Brands in South East Asia and India, and Director of Operations for Accor Middle East. Caron's career also includes serving as General Director for various prestigious hotel chains, such as Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts, HMC Caraïbes Hotels & Resorts, and InterContinental Hotels & Resorts. Educational qualifications include a Master in Hotel Management from EHP Paris and several degrees in cuisine and hospitality from École Hôtelière Le Touquet.
