Jo Shilling

Jo Shilling has extensive experience in project and programme management within the automotive sector. Currently serving as the Programme Management - Release Team Lead at JLR since June 2023, Jo has previously held multiple roles at Quick Release_ from March 2017, including Project Manager and Senior Project Analyst. Jo's background includes a tenure at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd from January 2019 to December 2022 in roles such as Programme Support for Powertrain and Application Engineer for Powertrain. Additionally, Jo worked with Emerald Automotive between March 2017 and December 2018 as Function Group Coordinator and Rigs & Spares Coordinator for Interior Trim, and held positions at Performance Health as Key Accounts Coordinator and at Burton McCall Limited as Sales Administrator.
