Rafael Mota

Rafael Mota is currently working as a Business Manager at QuickOps Consulting, where Rafael is responsible for market prospecting, attracting new clients, selecting and recruiting new employees, preparing and presenting commercial proposals, and building a client portfolio and a team of consultants. Prior to this role, Rafael worked as a Coordenador do Departamento de Auditoria at Católica Policy Society and as a Junior Business Associate at Católica Students' Consulting. Rafael also has experience as a Customer Success & Bot's Analyst during a summer internship at Elife Portugal. Rafael holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Católica Porto Business School and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Analytics at the same institution.
