Tanja Kofler

Tanja Kofler has a strong background in sales and project management. Tanja most recently worked at Quicksearch - Feedback Solutions as a Senior CX Consultant/Project Manager since June 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Sales RMR at STANLEY Security Sverige AB from July 2016 to June 2019. Starting in May 2014, they held the role of Sales and Marketing Manager at Autowatch Europe, where they played a key role in developing and manufacturing security systems for the automotive industry. Before that, they worked as an Account Manager at Network Services from August 2012 to February 2014, and as a Sales Associate at Blue Coat Systems (acquired by Symantec) from August 2011 to June 2012. Tanja's experience also includes Global Business Manager and Sales Coordinator roles at Telenor Connexion from April 2009 to March 2011, and a Sales Coordinator position at Telenor Sverige AB from August 2007 to March 2009.

Tanja Kofler completed their Master's degree in Economics at Södertörn University from 2001 to 2005. Tanja has also obtained various certifications, including "Analyzing Results - Platinum," "Closing the Loop - Platinum," "Listening to Feedback - Platinum," "Achieving Customer Loyalty - Platinum," "Understanding Your AX® (B2B CX) Program - Platinum," and "NPS - Net Promoter Masterclass." These certifications were obtained from institutions such as CustomerGauge and Satmetrix, with the most recent certification obtained in January 2023.
