Samuel Werder's work experience began in 2012 at Levine JCC, where they served as the Head Summer Tennis Counselor for a summer tennis camp program. In this role, they were responsible for the instruction of up to 40 children and acted as a liaison between the Director of Tennis Programs and junior counselors.
In 2017, Samuel joined Brown Brothers Harriman as an Expense Administration Intern. Samuel played a key role in the onboarding of a new cloud-based accounting system, ensuring proper storage of funds and verifying consistency of accounting information. Additionally, they reconciled budget variances and improved accessibility to mutual fund data for global offices, ultimately streamlining the payment process for customers.
During the same year, Samuel also worked as a Market Research Analyst Co-op at Artveoli, Inc. Samuel conducted industry analysis and market research on competitors in carbon dioxide removal and researched carbon credit and trading platforms for large corporations. Samuel analyzed cryptocurrencies and exchanges to explore potential use cases in carbon credit trading.
In 2018, Samuel joined Enel X as a Sales Operations Co-op. Samuel supported the Energy Demand Response sales team by completing various requests, managing a queue of cases from across the organization, and contributing to RFP response proposals for energy management projects.
Samuel's most recent position is at Quicksilver Scientific, where they started in 2019 as the Shipping Team Lead. Samuel then progressed to the role of Business Development Coordinator, where they worked from 2019 until early 2022. Currently, Samuel holds the position of Head of International Business, which they have been in since early 2022.
Samuel Werder pursued their education from 2014 to 2019 at Northeastern University. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Their degree had a focus on finance and entrepreneurship concentrations.
