Matilda Boman

Matilda Boman has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Waitress for Hotell Kittelfjäll and Sjöbris from 2011 to 2010 respectively. Matilda then worked as a Salesperson for Esprit from 2012 to 2014, Stadium from 2015 to 2017, and Åhléns AB from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, they began working for Quickspin as a People & Culture Lead and People Partner, where they were responsible for the employee life cycle, acting as an HRBP for all offices, and driving their own projects. Matilda also worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant for Ants - Code at Heart in 2017.

Matilda Boman attended Stockholm University from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Fil.kand. i Pedagogik med inriktning mot Personal, Arbete och Organisation in the field of Personal och arbetsliv. Prior to that, they attended Nacka Gymnasium from 2009 to 2012, earning a Samhällsvetenskapliga programmet med utlandsstudier in Samhällsvetenskap. In 2010, they also attended Canterbury College, where they studied English, History & Art. Additionally, they have obtained certifications for a B-körkort from Transportstyrelsen and an Open Water Diver from PADI.
