Ulf Kågström

Ulf Kågström has over 20 years of professional experience in the IT industry. Ulf began their career in 1999 as an IT Consultant at FirstReserve IT AB, followed by roles as an IT Consultant at Unigrid AB and Proffice IT. In 2001, they joined Capgemini as a Technical Project Coordinator and IT Consultant. From 2005 to 2009, they worked at EDB Business Partner as a Problem and Change Manager, Incident Manager, and Technical Project Coordinator. In 2009, Ulf moved to Fujitsu Services as a Change Manager. From 2012 to 2018, they were employed at NetEnt as a Compliance Officer and Service Asset & Configuration Manager. Ulf is currently working at Quickspin as a Compliance and Certification Manager.

Ulf Kågström's education history includes a Certified ITIL Capability Release, Control & Validation from Olingo Consulting AB in 2011, a Certified Certification ITIL Foundation (v3) from Olingo in 2009, a Certified ITIL Foundation (v2) from BiTA Service Management in 2007, an Information Security course from WM-data HAS Utbildning in 2004-2005, and an information security course from Mid Sweden University in 2003.
