Oluchi Pamela Ukwuegbu AAT, HRPL, ACIPM has work experience in various roles within the field of human resources and administration. Oluchi Pamela is currently employed as a People Operations Associate at Quidax since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resource/Admin Assistant at Homble Energy from August 2020 to September 2021. Oluchi Pamela also gained experience as a Human Resource Intern at Ifytex Global Resources from May 2019 to November 2019.
Oluchi Pamela Ukwuegbu AAT, HRPL, ACIPM completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Relations and Personal Management at the University of Lagos from 2015 to 2019.
In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In May 2018, they obtained the AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) certification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Oluchi Pamela also completed a Diploma in the Role of Human Resource Management from Alison - Free Online Learning in May 2020.
Furthermore, they completed the National Youth Service Corps in February 2021, which is a mandatory program in Nigeria for graduates.
Oluchi Pamela has further expanded their knowledge and skills by obtaining additional certifications. In January 2022, they completed the Strategic HR Analytics course from Dataleum. In September 2022, they obtained the Associate Chartered Institute of Personal Management certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. Lastly, they completed the Mckinsey Forward Program - Foundation level from McKinsey & Company in December 2022.
