Kevin has extensive experience providing management and other consultation services to water districts, special districts, and municipalities. He has led a variety of large-scale public infrastructure initiatives related to utility and transportation improvements, managing the full project life cycle from concept and design through construction and completion. His technical expertise encompasses the design of water transmission and distribution systems, urban channel and storm drainage improvements, wastewater collection systems, parks, and park amenities, and roadway design and reconstruction projects. His experience provides insight that allows the teams to design solutions optimized for the needs of each unique community the team serves.
