Erin McCarthy

Erin McCarthy is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in internal audit and financial management. Currently serving as Internal Audit Manager at QuidelOrtho since September 2020, Erin previously held the position of Finance Manager at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics prior to its acquisition by Quidel. Prior experience includes Associate Finance Manager at Unilever and Senior Financial Analyst at Johnson & Johnson, where key responsibilities involved financial analysis, budget development, and project support across various corporate financial departments. Erin also contributed as a Financial Analyst in supply chain and equity compensation roles within Johnson & Johnson’s Finance Leadership Development Program. Earlier in a career, experience as a Pension Asset Management intern at Mercedes-Benz USA provided insights into investment performance analysis. A Bachelor of Science in Finance was obtained from Penn State University.
