Patrick E. Klein

Patrick Klein, Chief Administrative Officer, leads integration management, human resources, digital health strategy, and business transformation with a focus on achieving operational and cost synergies and building a positive corporate culture that attracts and keeps talented people happy, engaged and productive.

Mr. Klein joined Quidel Corp. in 2022 as Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to joining Quidel, Mr. Klein was an executive with several global Real Estate Investment Trusts focused on Industrial, Commercial, and Multifamily assets. During this time, he led global technology services, business process improvement, business intelligence, and operational innovations.

Over his nearly 30-plus years of business experience, he has led mergers and acquisitions of varied sizes, including multiple global acquisitions in excess of several billion. Mr. Klein brings considerable depth in business consulting, process optimization, and company culture evolution. He has a strong blend of global, regional, and local experience in leading key business process efficiencies, innovation projects, change management initiatives, and transformation efforts.
