Rao Challagulla

Rao Challagulla serves as the Sr. Director of the IT Business Office at QuidelOrtho, overseeing IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Project Management Office (PMO), and IT Finance Management since April 2020. Prior to this role, Rao held the position of Sr. Director, Information Security Officer, and Privacy Officer at Prometheus Biosciences, Inc. from August 2019 to April 2020. Rao's extensive experience includes serving as a Cybersecurity Leader at QuidelOrtho, where responsibilities encompassed corporate and product security as well as IT compliance, and various leadership roles at Sequenom and MultiPlan focusing on information security and internal audit. Additionally, experience at Ernst & Young involved senior IT auditing for technology and security risk services. Rao began the career in IT at State Farm and ExxonMobil. Rao holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from The National Institute of Engineering and completed pre-university studies at Wardlaw (Comp) Pre-University College.
