Ratan Borkar

Ratan Borkar is the SVP of International Commercial Operations at Quidel. Prior to this, they worked as a Vice President at JPMorgan Investment Banking in New York from April 2004 to March 2009, where they were responsible for leading deal teams and executing buy-side and sell-side M&A, debt, and equity transactions. Ratan also coordinated financial, legal, and accounting diligence across the healthcare sector. From January 1995 to December 1999, they worked as a Manager at KPMG.

Ratan Borkar attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus in strategy and finance.
