Wendy Jones

Wendy Jones is a professional with extensive experience in procurement and strategic sourcing across various organizations in the life sciences sector. Currently serving as Manager of Global Procurement for Biologics and Chemicals at QuidelOrtho since September 2023, Wendy previously held the position of Procurement Sourcing Lead at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics from August 2017 to September 2023. Prior to that, Wendy was employed as Global Strategic Purchasing Manager at Biotage AB in Sweden from May 2014 to August 2017, where responsibility included the implementation of global purchasing strategies and departmental KPIs. Previous roles also include Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist at Perkin Elmer Life & Analytical Sciences from 2009 to April 2014 and Strategic Buyer at Tyco Waterworks from July 2007 to November 2009. Wendy holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Strategic Procurement and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management from the University of South Wales.
