Beatriz Bagoin Guimarães

Beatriz Bagoin Guimarães has a diverse work experience in archive management and business process management systems. Beatriz started their career as an Archives trainee at Arquivo Histórico de A. A. Ferreira, S.A in January 2003 and worked there until July 2003. Beatriz then joined Museu do Douro as an Archives Technician from January 2004 to April 2004. Beatriz then worked at Keep it Safe as an Archives Senior Technician from February 2005 to August 2007. Beatriz later joined Quidgest in September 2007 as an Information and Business Process Management Systems Manager.

Beatriz Bagoin Guimarães has a diverse education history. In 1999, they graduated from Universidade do Porto with a degree in History. During the same year, they also obtained a C2.2 certification in English from the British Council. Later, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued a postgraduate degree in Records Management at Universidade Portucalense (UPT). In 2022, they completed a postgraduate degree in Lean Management at INDEG-ISCTE Executive Education.

In addition to their academic achievements, Beatriz Bagoin Guimarães has obtained several certifications. In 2009, they became a Certified Trainer at IEFP. In 2019, they acquired the CIPP/E certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
