Chris Dorsey

Chris Dorsey is an experienced IP attorney and legal executive. He has spent the last 15 years litigating patent, trademark, and other IP matters, managing IP strategy and IP portfolio development, and negotiating buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, Chris served as Corporate Counsel, Intellectual Property for Northrop Grumman where he provided business units with timely advice and analysis on all aspects of patent, trademark, technical data rights, and other intellectual property issues. Chris holds a J.D. from William and Mary Law School and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, with minors in mathmatics and political science.
