Jay Venson

Jay Venson has a diverse range of work experience. They started their career as a Residence Hall Administrator at The University of Southern Mississippi, where they managed the front desk, enforced policies, and resolved issues for hundreds of students. They also served as a Summer Conference Housing Administrator, performing similar duties during the summer months.

After their time at the university, Jay worked as a Legal Assistant at Jude & Jude, PLLC, implementing detailed information from plaintiff depositions and maintaining accurate records. They then transitioned to Ghozland Law Firm, where they provided administrative and legal support to attorneys and paralegals, including managing case exhibits and facilitating documentation for successful trial outcomes.

Jay gained experience in marketing and talent recruitment as a Studio Media Manager Intern at Two West Studios. They made presentations for potential clients, conducted candidate searches, and developed relationships with potential recruits.

Most recently, Jay has been employed at Quigley, first as a DRTV & OTT Media Coordinator and currently as a Media Planner & Strategist. In these roles, they drafted business forecasts, cultivated relationships with media partners, monitored campaign performance, and managed campaign budgets for nonprofit accounts.

Jay Venson attended The University of Southern Mississippi from 2013 to 2017. During this time, they pursued a degree in Business Management with a focus on Entertainment. Their field of study specifically revolved around Arts, Entertainment, Media Management, and Marketing.
