Brandon Lerbakken

Brandon Lerbakken is a highly experienced professional in operations management and procurement within the mining and construction industries. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager for Quikrete since June 2021, Brandon has a strong background in overseeing financial and operational performance across multiple sites. Previous roles include Procurement Consultant at XTO Energy and Materials & Trucking Divisions Manager at JMAC Resources, where responsibilities involved implementing safety and environmental plans, developing divisional structures, training and leading staff, and enhancing production and marketing practices. Brandon's career also includes significant roles at Hexom Earth Construction, Arbuckle Materials, Tooz Construction Company, and Fisher Sand & Gravel Co, where responsibilities ranged from project management and operational decision-making to environmental compliance and budgeting. Brandon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Ecology, Science, and Environmental Science from Dickinson State University and an Associate's degree from Williston High School, emphasizing a strong foundation in environmental sciences.
