Jon Edwards

Jon Edwards has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Jon is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Quility Insurance since October 2020. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Symmetry Financial Group, including Vice President of Information Technology and Director of IT, from February 2018 to February 2020. At Symmetry Financial Group, they focused on leading digital transformation initiatives, such as data ETL processes, cloud deployment strategies, cybersecurity, and automation efforts.

Before joining Symmetry Financial Group, Jon worked at Benefitfocus as a Software Engineer and Quality Assurance Engineer from June 2014 to February 2018. Jon also gained experience at Blackbaud as a Developer Solutions Support from January 2011 to July 2013, where they provided support for customer customizations, troubleshooting, and fixing plugins for their products.

Jon started their career as a Web Developer/IT Admin at Symmetry Financial Group in May 2010 and later worked at SynQ Solutions as a Software Engineer from September 2007 to May 2010, where they played a lead role in maintaining and deploying application updates. Jon began their career at Telemate.net Software as a Network Analyst in 2000 and later worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Network Analyst from 1998 to 2000, where they provided support for LAN hardware and software, network connectivity, and SQL Server databases.

Jon Edwards attended Auburn University from 1993 to 1998, where they studied management information systems.
