Karan Rafus

Karan Rafus, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting with their most recent role, they currently work at Quility Insurance as the Director of B2B Marketing. Prior to this, they held the position of Department Head of B2B Marketing at the same company.

Before joining Quility Insurance, Karan worked at Partnership HealthPlan of California. Karan served as the Senior Manager of Projects/Programs from 2015 to 2021 and as Manager II of Projects/Programs from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, they worked in the recruiting department from 2013 to 2014.

Earlier in their career, Karan gained experience at Target as an Executive Team Leader from 2009 to 2013. Karan also worked at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater as a Student from 2005 to 2009, and as a Peer Mentor from 2006 to 2008.

Lastly, Karan held a position at McHenry Harley-Davidson as a Motorclothes Sales Associate from 2006 to 2008. Overall, Karan Rafus has acquired a range of skills and expertise through their various roles in marketing, project/program management, recruiting, and retail.

Karan Rafus, PMP holds a BBA degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, obtained between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, Karan has obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2021.
