Mike Rummage

Mike Rummage has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Mike began their career as a Freelance Lighting Designer/Electrician in 2004 and worked in this role until 2011. In 2010, they joined Bentley Productions as an Assistant Lighting Designer. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Creative Visions, Inc. as a Director of Production. Mike then transitioned to the role of Executive Producer from 2016 to 2018 at the same company. In 2018, they joined Symmetry Financial Group as an Events and Special Projects Director and held this position until 2020. Currently, Mike is working at Quility Insurance as the Events and Special Projects Director, and they were promoted to the Senior Director of Events & Special Projects role in November 2021.

Mike Rummage attended East Carolina University from 2007 to 2010, where they studied Design & Production - Lighting Design. Mike also obtained the Certified Special Event Professional (CSEP) certification from the International Live Events Association (ILEA) in October 2017.
