Michelle Gay has four years of work experience. Michelle began their career in 2017 as a Marketing Executive at LightBeijing - Mandarin Education. In 2018, they took on the role of Consulting Intern at Mercer and Student Assistant (Marketing) at SMU Institute of Innovation & Entrepreneurship. In 2019, they were appointed Director Of Operations and Cultural Analyst at Quilt.AI.

Michelle Gay completed their Bachelor of Business Management in Marketing and Strategic Management at Singapore Management University from 2016 to 2019. Michelle also obtained their GCE 'A' Levels from River Valley High School from 2010 to 2015.
