Jennifer Piper

Jennifer Piper is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of The Quilter Foundation since January 2023, Jennifer has been a Director at JM International Development Ltd since March 2014, where focused development plans for organizations and individuals have been designed and implemented. Jennifer's prior roles include Trustee, Operations Director, and Programmes Manager at Msizi Africa, as well as Director at Jubilee Sailing Trust, where structured corporate giving initiatives were supported. Jennifer has also held advisory and executive positions at Global Thinkers Forum and Afrika Tikkun, where significant fiscal planning and donor engagement achievements were realized. Jennifer’s early career experiences include project management with Osman Consulting and contributions to UNICEF UK and the Peace Matunda Organisation. Academically, Jennifer holds a Master of Science in International Development from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science from Swansea University.
