Matthew Gilbert

Matthew Gilbert has extensive experience in risk management and compliance, currently serving as an HR Risk and Governance Consultant at Quilter since January 2018. In this role, Matthew has also held positions as a Risk and Governance Specialist and Compliance Assurance Manager. Prior to joining Quilter, Matthew spent nearly two decades at RBS, where responsibilities included Risk & Controls Manager, Senior Regulatory Analyst, Senior Risk Analyst, Team Manager, and Customer Support. This diverse background has equipped Matthew with a comprehensive skill set in risk assessment, governance, and regulatory analysis.
