Natalie Moon brings over 30 years of experience in project and service delivery management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Business Channel Optimisation Readiness Lead at Quilter since September 2019, Natalie's prior roles there include Service Delivery Manager. At IBM, from February 2007 to September 2019, Natalie held multiple leadership positions including Service Commencement Readiness PM and Global Programme Office Manager. Earlier experience includes Project Manager at Natural England and a Secretarial Assistant role at English Nature. Education includes a BTEC in Business Studies from Peterborough Regional College.
