Carolyn O’Toole, R.N. is a Quincy College graduate, a lifelong resident of Quincy and has an extensive health care background. She has held positions as a PPS/MDS Coordinator, a Charge Nurse and Nursing Supervisor. She has held the position of Director of Nursing Services at Marina Bay Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center in Quincy. She currently holds the position of Corporate Staff Educator for Alliance Health Management Services.

Governor O’Toole is a graduate of the LPN certificate program at Quincy College, and continued her education at Excelsior College in New York where she obtained her RN.
