Gail Moran Slater

Gail Moran Slater is an experienced educator with a background in teaching English as a Second Language (ESOL) at Quincy Community Action Programs, Inc. since September 2011, focusing on Level III adult learners with survival-level skills. Prior to this, Gail served as a Media Consultant at Idearc Media from 1996 to 2009 and was a high school English teacher with the Massachusetts Teachers Association from 1970 to 1983. Gail holds a Master of Education in English from Boston University, earned between 1973 and 1975.
