Monitor Sound Engineer and Stage Manager at Quincy Jones Productions

Claudio Somigli has a long history of work experience in the audio-visual field. Claudio began their career in 2014 as a Sound Assistant and Stage Hand at Village Underground. Claudio then moved to Battersea Arts Centre as a Tecnico del suono. In 2015, they became a Broadcast Sound Engineer at markettiers4dc. In 2017, they took on two roles: a Live Sound Engineer and Monitor Engineer for Jacob Collier, and a Freelance Sound Engineer for Power Rent SRL. Claudio then moved to Manifattura Tabacchi in 2018 as a Freelance Sound Engineer. In 2016, they took on two roles: Monitor Sound Engineer and Stage Manager for Quincy Jones Productions, and Tecnico audio-visivo for MONOGRID. In 2020, they took on a role as a Tecnico audio-visivo for NUME PLUS srl. Claudio is currently in a role as a Tecnico audio-visivo for Studio Visio srl, which they began in 2021.

Claudio Somigli began their educational journey in 2001 when they obtained their High School Diploma from Liceo Scientifico Rodolico in the field of Scienze Fisiche. Claudio then continued their education at Università degli Studi di Firenze, where they obtained a Project Management for Arts and Live Events degree in Arts Management in 2009. Following this, they attended National Academy of Cinema Bologna and earned a Sound Engineering degree in Sound Engineer and Sound Recordist in 2011. Finally, they obtained a BMus Music Technology degree in Arts and Social Sciences from Kingston University in 2014.
