Harry Rainey

Harry Rainey has extensive experience in transportation construction inspection, having served as Transportation Construction Inspection Supervisor at both Michael Baker International and Larson Design Group, from August 2005 to April 2023. In November 2021, Harry took on the role of PA Regional Manager at Quinn Consulting Services, Inc., after previously holding the position of PA Assistant Regional Manager. Harry holds a High School Diploma from Harmony Area High School.
