Cindy L. Kern

Cindy L. Kern is a distinguished academic in the field of Science Education with extensive teaching experience at Quinnipiac University since July 2015, where roles have included Full Teaching Professor and Director of QUADS. Prior to this, Cindy served as an Assistant Professor at the University of New Haven and as a high school science teacher in the Clark County School District, recognized with the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching. Academic credentials include a PhD and a Master’s degree in Science Education, both obtained from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, along with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching.
