Deborah Spotts

Deborah Spotts serves as the Chief Advancement Officer and Executive Director of Development at Quinsigamond Community College since January 2025, and has dedicated a significant portion of her career to advancement roles in the education sector. Currently, as the Development Director at Phoenix College, Spotts leads a comprehensive major gifts program supporting the Maricopa Community College District, focusing on donor relations, volunteer recruitment, and community engagement. Previous positions include Associate Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Rio Salado College, Coordinator of Public Programs, Transfer Advisor at the University of Maryland University College, Legal Assistant at the Law Office of Charles W. Wallace, Public Information Officer, Marketing Coordinator, and Graphic Designer at Mohave Community College. Spotts holds a Master of Science in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Public Management from Northern Arizona University.
