Daniella Malfitano has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Daniella has worked as a Host and Producer at The Walt Disney Company's Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, where they developed and produced daily family-friendly cooking shows.

Daniella has also served as a Wellness Webinars/Workshops Culinary Consultant and Contributing Writer at QuinStreet, where they developed and promoted wellness workshops and provided healthful food education and culinary instruction. Daniella has facilitated onsite and offsite classes for prevention of unhealthy lifestyles.

Additionally, Daniella Malfitano has represented and served as the brand ambassador and spokesperson for Verlasso Salmon, speaking throughout the country as a thought leader in sustainable salmon. Daniella has entertained and educated audiences about aquaculture and sustainability.

Daniella has organized and facilitated monthly culinary courses as a Chef Educator at Big City Chefs, Inc., where they have leveraged their fiscal savvy and food-trend knowledge to address health, wellness, and nutrition.

Furthermore, Daniella Malfitano has worked as a Corporate Wellness Consultant at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA), where they have designed and developed the "Road to Fitness" wellness program. Daniella has also served as an Integrative Health and Wellness Consultant at Kaiser Permanente, producing integrative health and wellness workshops for staff and facilitating corporate wellness workshops.

Daniella has authored and edited digital cookbooks, published cookbooks with Countryman Press, and created a cooking app called "Cook Italian with Daniella Malfitano" while working at StockFood. Daniella has also been the creator, host, and chef of the PBS series "Delicious Discoveries with Daniella Malfitano", where they promoted the local food movement and culinary businesses in Northern CA.

Lastly, Daniella Malfitano has led corporate team building events and private cooking parties as a Lead Event Chef at Hands On Gourmet, teaching hands-on cooking classes and building relationships with clients.

Throughout their work experience, Daniella Malfitano has focused on promoting healthy living, sustainable practices, and culinary education.

Daniella Malfitano obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Studies with a focus on Food and Culture from DePaul University in the years 2006 to 2008. In 2008 to 2009, they attended the International Culinary Center and obtained a Grand Diplome in Classic Culinary Arts in New York City. In 2019, Daniella attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and received a certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, specializing in Clinical Nutrition. Additionally, they completed a Gut Health Course at the same institution in September 2020.
