Sr. Manager, Offshore Operations at QuinStreet

Heidi Loving has a diverse work experience with a focus in operations and management roles. Heidi started their career in 2007 at The Pelican Pub & Brewery as a Lead Server and Banquet Captain, where they excelled in customer service and communication. In 2011, they joined McMenamins Pubs & Breweries as an Assistant Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing the dining floor, managing cash drops and reconciliations, assisting servers, creating schedules, implementing training programs, and handling payroll. Since 2014, Heidi has been with QuinStreet, initially serving as a Call Center Supervisor and then progressing to the role of Call Center Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of SR. Manager, Offshore Operations.

Heidi Loving attended Tillamook High School from 1996 to 1999, where they completed their high school education. In 2018, Heidi enrolled at Portland Community College and graduated in 2021 with an Associate of Science degree in Transfer Degree. Heidi then pursued further education at Portland State University, where they are currently studying Criminology to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree.

In addition to their formal education, Heidi has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn. In 2020, they obtained certifications in Leadership Strategies for Women, Leading with Stories, and Leading without Formal Authority.
