Client Services Representative at QuintEvents

Chloe Day has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Chloe started their career as a Front of House Team Member at Premier Inn in September 2016, where they primarily worked on reception, handling check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and performing various administrative and cash handling tasks. This role sparked their passion for the hospitality industry. Chloe worked at Premier Inn until August 2018.

Chloe then joined Premier Inn again in January 2020, this time as a Receptionist and later as a Duty Manager from November 2020 to June 2021. As a Duty Manager, they had additional responsibilities in managing the hotel's operations. In April 2022, they joined QuintEvents as a Client Services Representative.

Prior to their current role at QuintEvents, Chloe worked at The Savoy from June 2021 to April 2022 as a Heart of House Coordinator. It is evident from their work experience that Chloe has developed a strong understanding of customer service and operational management within the hospitality industry.

Chloe Day attended the University of Plymouth from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in International Hospitality Management. Chloe'sfield of study focused on Hotel/Motel Administration/Management.
