Fernando Moraes

Fernando Moraes is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Controllership Director and Head of Controllership at QuintoAndar since May 2018. In this role, Fernando oversees all aspects of financial closing, including accounting policies, tax management, and consolidation, while also leading the due diligence process for acquisitions and fundraising efforts. Previously, Fernando held the position of Senior Controller at Global Logistic Properties from December 2014 to April 2018, where responsibilities included managing investments in over 40 companies and identifying restructuring and tax improvement opportunities. Earlier in the career, Fernando worked at Deloitte for nearly a decade, progressing from Audit Top Senior to Audit Manager, with experience in both São Paulo and Nashville. Fernando holds a Certificate in Financial Management from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and a degree in Accounting from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
